Premium Rate Services

Premium Rate Services are those telephone services where the caller pays a "premium" or higher call cost than normal. This additional charge is passed back to the service provider as payment for the information or entertainment provided in the content of the call.

Our philosophy is to provide a complete service to our clients with minimum, if any, capital investment. We make no charges for the on-going provision of our service but rather we share in the revenue generated by the service. Hence we share, not only in the revenue, but in the risk of launching new services. It is in both our and our clients' interests that calls to the service are maximised - on our part through high-quality technical resources - and through timely call statistics to enable the appropriate marketing and advertising campaigns to be undertaken.

The promotion and content of all premium rate services are regulated by the telephone services watchdog, PhonepayPlus. New entrants to this industry are advised to check out the code of practice and the other useful services provided by PhonepayPlus. We are well placed to assist clients in regulatory issues.
